On September 9, Tommy and I found out we were expecting Baby #2.
On October 8, Little One had the big first doctor's appointment. Everything checked out great.
On November 7, Little One had the big first picture taken!
And, again, everything checked out beautifully. We counted 2 arms, 2 legs, a strong spine, big brain and a beautiful little heart. Perfection.
Doctor's appointment #2 was on December 3. Strong Heartbeat and excellent blood work results. YAY!
Little One's next big picture is on December 31. At that time we will know if we are Team Blue or Team Pink!
Luke is very excited about the baby. He places stickers on my belly saying they are for the Baby. He says Hi to the Baby most mornings. Some days he tries to push my belly away and yell "No BABY!" - but these instances are still rare (hopefully they will stay rare!). So far he has told his entire school about the Baby. I have a feeling he will start to spread the word more and more now.
Little One is expected to arrive around May 18. Based on past experiences we are thinking a scheduled C-Section will be the mode of arrival. I am trying to avoid this at every cost, but my doctor believes this baby will be just as big as Luke and will probably prevent me from delivering any other way. But only time will tell!
We are feeling extremely blessed to be expecting another little miracle.
