The week that was...

So I miss 1 week of blogging! In order to make up, this post will be the week that was, February 20.  I promise to post another entire update for the week we are currently in....

SO, the week that was...

We had a FABULOUS visit in Haverhill, MA over President's Day weekend.  Overall, Luke was great in the car.  We strategically planned  the car ride up at bedtime - dinner, bath and PJs were done before we left the house.  This plan worked great up until we pulled into my parent's driveway at 12am and Luke was WIDE AWAKE.  He clapped his hands and screamed "yay" as we pulled in and wanted to play with all the toys that are at Nan and Gramps.  We finally got him to bed around 3am or so.  Thank goodness for Nan and Gramps watching Luke in the morning!

Our visit to MA was just so wonderful....we enjoyed dinner at the Roma, lobstahs at Browns, breakfast at Whistling Kettle, lunch at Nana's and lots of playing and laughing with Nan, Gramps and Uncle Joe.

We also had a WONDERFUL visit with the Seavers!!! It was so great to hang with V, Chris and little Jack.  Jack and Luke were fast friends.  I hope we can see you guys again real soon!!!!!

I have more pictures to share from our trip, however they are trapped in an online album and I can't seem to get them on the blog.  So more to come on those.

We also enjoyed a great start to this week - breakfast at our favorite spot, dinner at West Ave and lots of time playing.  The favorite activity is still "cooking" (which is still only fun when we use water) and our favorite words include "Joe" (which Luke still says NON stop), "milk", "cheese", "dance" (he brings his boom box to you and makes you stand up and dance with him), "book" (which sounds a bit like poop), and "poop."

Some exicting updates to look forward in my next post - Luke's new obsession with the toilet!!!! :)

Have a great Thursday!
